Bagha and Natukaka are lost in their thoughts ever since Jethalal has asked them to think over some scheme for increasing their sales. Bagha comes up with a scheme which Jethalal rejects and the former later advises them that they should gift their customers gold. Jethalal asks Natukaka to think about some scheme. After thinking long and hard, he cracks a joke instead of a scheme. Bagha second attempt is again rejected by Jethalal. Natukaka asks Bagha to take a break and talk to Bawri. After all the thinking Jethalal comes up with a mind-blowing idea. He says that on the occassion of Ganesh Chaturthi, all his customers will get three months warranty extra. Jethalal receives Bhide's message that everyone has to gather for a society meeting in the evening. Bhide announces that as Tapu sena is not in the town so this time they have to organise something for Ganesh Chaturthi. Due to a lot of work in the shop, Jethalal says he won't be able to participate in organising Ganesh Chaturthi's function. One by one everyone gives excuses for not participating in organising Ganesh Chaturthi's festival.
